What We Normally Do on a Random Saturday (Beryl & Audrey)

As you all know we're sisters, which means we live together, sleep together, get to annoy each other, dance together and all that jazz. That also means that  we can easily document whatever the other is doing. And we definitely have a routine. In this post, we will be showing you guys what we do on a normal Saturday. Basically, it's a day in our lives blog post.

Let's start with when we wake up.
9:30 to 9:45- Obviously this is when we wake up. Since it's our summer vacation, we sleep past midnight, and wake up late. We wouldn't be up by this time if we weren't going out. Yes, we are lazy creatures. There is no denying this fact.

9:45 to 10:00- Beryl allots this time checking out notifications, instagram, twitter, pageviews and comments. Meanwhile, Audrey spends this time lying down, wrapped in the blankets like a burritto, wishing that it was night again.

10:00 to 10:30- It's breakfast time!!! YAY. We eat whatever's on the table, providing it's edible.

10:30 to 11:00-  Beryl usually uses half of this time to lie down again and the other half picking out her clothes for the day. Audrey uses this time to read on her iPad and wait impatiently until Beryl is finished picking out her clothes so that she can pick out her own.

11:00 to 11:45: Beryl takes a bath for around 15 minutes. After taking a bath, she does whatever her weird mind directs her to. Audrey takes a 30-minute bath because she prides herself on being clean and smelling good not because she's just slow and wants to irritate people. Obviously, Audrey wrote this part. And she does not regret anything.

11:45 to 12:00- Um, we lie down again? I don't really know what we do at this time. Seriously no idea. Maybe a wizard is robbing us of our memories or something. Why would they be robbing us of our memories, you ask? Well, maybe, they're taking us to their secret world and showing us their magic way. But then why would they take our memories if they take the time to show us their ways, you wonder? Well, we haven't gotten that far yet.

12:00 to 12:45- Food time again!! We LOOOVVEEEEE food.

12:45 to 5:00- It's either we watch tv series all day, lie down all day, sleep all day, go the grocery or mall. We don't know if it's just us, but we love going to groceries because we get to buy food. HAHA. Who doesn't love food?

5:00 to 6:00- Watching YouTube videos. Recently we've been addicted to YouTube. There are a lot of great YouTubers. ( Tyler Oakley, Troye Sivan, Zoella, Caspar Lee, Joe Sugg, Alfie, Joey Graceffa, etc...) Basically, their gang. I wish there was a vidcon in Manila. Comment down below your favorite YouTubers! =)

6:00 to 7:00: DINNERRR. WEEEEEE. They say that you should eat a lot during breakfast, but we're the complete opposite. We love dinner time, and that's the time we eat a LOT. Which will probably lead to us getting fat, but whatever.

7:00 to 8:00- We shower. Again. Because we are addicted to being clean and also because this is what people normally do. We bloggers are not so different. We eat and sleep and go grocery shopping. Just like you guys.

8:00 to 10:00- This is the time when we start panicking about what we'll post today (well, Beryl panics and Audrey watches her tv series). This is also the time when we start thinking to ourselves: If only we'd done this earlier, we wouldn't have to do it now when all we wanna do is watch our tv shows/read our favorite books. Usually, Beryl figures out what we need to do and tells Audrey to do it while Audrey glares at her for making her stop watching her show.

10:00 to 10:30- We'll publish the blog post around this time and share it so that people know we exist. We then wonder what we will post tomorrow but won't really think of anything because by this time, our brains will be useless jelly.

10:30 to11:00- We reply to emails and see if there are any comments awaiting moderation. That's like a fancy way if saying: "Do you approve of this statement, master?" We're not making sense, are we?

11:00 to 12:00- Audrey resumes watching her tv series. Beryl continues watching youtube videos and laughing to herself like a crazy lady.

12:00 to Whatever- Well, we sleep again and dream about bunnies and marshmallows and chocolate and stuff. Although, Audrey hasn't dreamt of anything in a long while. Is that an indication that something bad's gonna happen? I hope not.

So that's our day! We think we left out the toothbrush-ing and... other things. We definitely do that but we're pretty sure that no one wants to know about that so be grateful that we have spared you from this horrible fate.

What did you think about our totally normal day? Anything you wanna say? Just leave a comment!

ALSO, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR OVER A HUNDRED FOLLOWERS. THANK YOU.

All Time Published Comments

We've been blogging for quite a while now and have received a fair amount of comments. We wanted to show you guys how much we appreciate your comments. We decided that the best way to show our appreciation is to compile some of the comments on this post. If we could, we would put all the comments here but unfortunately, we can't because it will be a really long list, and you might end up sleeping. We really love it when you guys comment on our blog posts.

I feel that you got the "wibbly wobbly" part from Doctor Who..? haha, I love Doctor Who, I've been obsessing over it. The book looks so interesting! i might want to read it soon.
Jillian @  Jillian's Books

I think I might go blind from the beauty of all these covers 0 haha! ;) Just kidding, but goodness! They're all so amazing! Anyway, thank you so much for sharing and fabulous choices! <3
~ Zoe @ The Infinite To-Read Shelf

I guess I'm more like Audrey, lol. I'm more of a sleep, eat, read, blog, repeat kind of girl. ;) I've never watched Doctor Who, though... D:
Aimee @ Deadly Darlings

I love this review! Torn Away was actually my first book by Jennifer Brown, and I was so impressed with it. I agree that it was an emotional roller-coaster. I don't cry when reading very often, but Jersey's story here had me sobbing like crazy. I loved how easily Brown manages to put me in the main characters shoes, even though I've never personally experienced a natural disaster of any kind before. I'm glad you were impressed, too! :)
Sam @ Realm of Fiction

I totally agree with the "no explanation needed". Like DUH, if anyone hasn't read Perkin's book, their totally missing a lot in their loves lol
Ella @ The Filipina Booknote

Love music recs! (Because I'm old and loose touch with new music.) I'm going to totally show my age here, but Mika sounds a lot like Freddie Mercury to me, which is a great thing.
katenread

I've read it! Heh heh. I had mixed feelings about it. Some of the stories really stood out and shone.. whereas others were just plain. Overall, I felt like the book was confused as to who its target readership was. Some stories were much much darker than others. I LOVED 'Thinner Than Water'. Great review! I enjoyed reading your thoughts on it very much :D

AHHH I seriously hate the door thing too, Kimi!!! And hairy worms? ICK! Beryl, MASHED POTATOES ARE THE BOMB!!!! Audrey, the fork scrapping across a plate...ugh! I'm cringing just thinking about that awful noise!!! <3 you all! Hope you have a fab week!!!!!! :
Becca Fowler @ Pivot Book Reviews

Snazzy lobster. XD I admire your philosophy about making sure to highlight the good parts of a book. Thanks for stopping by Words Create Scenes! I just followed back with GFC.

lol, I love how people can get so scared of a little girl just cause they think she's a ghost. haha. Hope you're having a good weekend! Old follower.
Pam @ Moonlight Reader

Never thought about swimming in OJ before... What idea! ;) I don't like gravy on my potatoes, either. And old movies and musicals are great! :) Slept in this morning, actually... I was like, "Yay!" But Lovemuffin was like, "Shoot!" (He feels like he's wasting the morning.) Love reading about you guys! <3 Have a blessed week!

I think Beryl is my lost long twin. Orange juice is the best thinkg ever, and I hated books before, too. But I'm a master of winking. ;) Oh, and I don't like singing in the shower. I never do that. So yeah, looks like not EVERYONE is into it. Great post! :D
BookishTeens

Kimi - you've read 3 books last week?! Wow! That is truly amazing. I'm currently reading A Song of Ice and Fire (Game of Thrones) by George R. R. Martin. Best book ever! Not even joking, I think this might be my new favorite book of all time...

Ooh nice confessions! Gotta admit I love the smell of new books too. Definitely not much of a classic reader, which definitely made me the odd man out being an English major. I love reading...just not classics. Although during the school years, I did finally find ONE classic that I oh so loved--not Dracula, that doesn't count because I loved that one too!--it was The Count of Monte Cristo. Not sure why I was so drawn to it. Totally weird, but it is what it is. And dog-eared book pages?! *Gasps* That's like sacrilegious or something! Like dog-earing the Bible or other religious texts. It's simply NOT done! If I loan books, I make that VERY clear to my friends or family members. Will even offer to loan them a bookmark as well. *shuddering at the thought of dog-eared pages* That's the stuff of horror movies...you know for bibliophiles! Here's my Tuesday post Have a GREAT day! Old Follower :)
Jessica @ a GREAT read

Random Saturdays: GCQ Facts

20
Hey guys! It's been quite some time since we've posted something that isn't about books. This is why we decided that every Saturday, we will be sharing personal stuff about the ladies behind Geeky Chiquitas! :) For this first post, we will share to you 20 random facts about us. It could also be just about one of us, two of us or for all of us. Enjoy!

Numbers 1-5 will be about Beryl, 6-10 about Audrey, 11-15 about Kimi and 16-20 about all of us.

1. I HATED reading books when I was younger. Yes, I really did and now I'm book blogging! Just as they say "Expect the unexpected".

2. I heart fresh orange juice! I could go swimming in it. Ha ha kidding!

3. I can't wink properly. I've tried this many times, but usually people just start laughing. I think I look like I'm having a seizure.

4.  I always screenshot different clothes, shoes, bags, and other "girly" stuff that I want online, then I just keep it there. I normally don't buy them.

5. I feel queasy when I see blood. I think that's obviously the reason why I can never be a doctor.
